Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Commercial Advisory Scope

Our website, Spend Score tool, pricing benchmark tables, and contract audit reports are provided for commercial IT procurement advisory and benchmark estimation purposes. Diagnostics, score calculations, and redline recommendations represent commercial sourcing advisory and do not constitute formal statutory legal advice, binding financial audits, or legal representation. Users should consult licensed legal counsel for binding agreement execution.

8. Pricing Benchmarks, Trade Secrets & Third-Party Trademarks

Aggregated Market Benchmarks: Pricing discount percentages, renewal escalation estimates, and contract benchmark data published on this website represent aggregated statistical models derived from anonymized buyer-side transactions, public industry filings, and proprietary sourcing advisory experience. They do not disclose non-public trade secrets of specific software publishers, nor do they reveal confidential terms from identified client agreements.

Nominative Fair Use of Trademarks: Vendor brand names and software designations (such as Microsoft, SAP, Salesforce, AWS, Oracle, ServiceNow, Google Cloud, Datadog, Snowflake, Atlassian) are referenced strictly under Nominative Fair Use (pursuant to Article 37 of the Spanish Trademark Act / Article 14 of EU Trademark Regulation 2017/1001) solely for market identification, product categorization, and comparative sourcing analysis. Procuvance is an independent advisory practice, operates with zero vendor commissions or reseller incentives, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any referenced vendor.

Confidentiality & Zero Document Retention: Procuvance treats all client discussions under strict professional confidentiality. Automated in-browser tools operate locally in browser RAM without server-side document storage or transmission.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement as specified in the relevant Service Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate access to our website immediately if we believe you are in breach of these terms.
